WACO, Texas (Dec. 28, 2014) -- Baylor University is mourning the passing of Dr. Randy Lofgren, B.M.Ed. ’62, M.M. ’70 and Ed.D. ’74, retired associate vice president of constituent engagement, who died Dec. 26 at the age of 74. A memorial service will be held at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 30, at Calvary Baptist Church, 1001 North 18th A Street in Waco, with Dr. Randall O'Brien officiating.

WACO, Texas (Dec. 22, 2014) – Following a global search led by a committee representing Baylor University faculty, staff and students, Baylor President and Chancellor Ken Starr today announced the appointment of Edwin Trevathan, M.D., M.P.H., dean and professor of epidemiology in the College for Public Health and Social Justice at Saint Louis University and professor of neurology and pediatrics at SLU’s School of Medicine, as executive vice president and provost.
